Please read the following Notices and State League Regulations and understand, that by registering your team, you and your team agree to abide by the following Notices and Regulations:

Teams advancing to Arkansas State League State Championships must play all their round robin and scheduled semi-final and final matches.

Leaving a state championship prior to the completion of scheduled matches may be cause for a grievance to be filed by the State League Coordinator against the captain and the team. The Grievance Committee may impose penalties and fines up to $50.00 per player for the names listed on the entry form and the players will be unable to participate in any USTA league until the fine is paid.

Any team withdrawing after the draw is made for the State championships may be subject to a grievance filed by the State League Coordinator and is subject to the same fines and penalties listed above.

Entry Fee is $28 per player

• For a COMBO Team to be registered in the draw the following 3 items must be completed by the registration DEADLINES STATED ABOVE 
•  It is the captain’s responsibility to insure that their team is registered and all 3 items below must be completed by the deadline.

1.   A Combo Team must be registered via the online registration at www.arkleaguetennis.com
2.  The team must have a minimum of (6) six players registered AND paid via the registration website.  
3.  The players that are registered must be able to form 3 valid courts for the NTRP level that they have registered.
